Council for Independent Archaeology

1 min read

The primary aim of the Council for Independent Archaeology is to explore and promote ways in which amateur archaeologists and local archaeological societies can contribute more effectively to archaeology. The council is run entirely by volunteers, and is financed by members’ subscriptions, which are ?6.00 p.a., or ?20.00 for four years.
There is a quarterly newsletter and a weekend Congress or one day conference in alternate years.
